If they want they will also be provided with paper billing. For this they will not be charged an extra price unlike Dish Network.Subscribers have to activate HD Access service. Whole Home DVR service is required for second receiver upgrade that will require an extra charge.

If you cannot avoid to cut off your two years service subscription, you will need to pay little fee for your remaining months.
